At Rep Nation, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ship all orders within 1-3 business days of purchase, with shipping taking place Monday through Friday. Please note that delays may occur during product launches, promotions, or holidays. Free Shipping
Free shipping applies to domestic orders exceeding $150 after discounts or promotional codes are applied. Please note, customers are responsible for customs and duties for international shipments.

Return Policy

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your shipment. Products must be unopened, in original condition, and returned with the original packaging. To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-refundable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products (PDFs, eBooks, digital workouts)
  • Items marked as final sale or limited edition

To begin a return, email us at support@repnationsupps.com with your order number and refund request. Please note, we cannot accept returns for items purchased at third-party retailers—contact the retailer directly for assistance.

Return Conditions

  • Supplements: Must be unopened and in original condition.
  • Apparel: Must be unwashed, unworn, and have original tags attached.
  • Sale Items: All markdowns are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns & Exchanges:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Prepaid return labels are not provided. However, for exchanges, Rep Nation will cover the shipping cost of sending replacement items.
  • For international orders or orders over $75, we recommend purchasing tracking or insurance for returned packages.
  • Exchanges for apparel or gear are subject to availability.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed (minus shipping costs) and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.

If your items arrive damaged, please contact support@repnationsupps.com immediately to arrange for a return or replacement.
